• Game Mechanics Design: Design and develop innovative slot game concepts with engaging mechanics;

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including design briefs, wireframes, and prototypes;

• Collaboration: Work closely with development and art teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality gaming experience;

• Playtesting: Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on game design based on client and user input;

• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ideas and technologies into your designs;

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine game design processes and methodologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Game Designer in the gambling industry (slots);

• Mathematical Expertise: In-depth understanding of advanced RNG mechanics, mathematical balancing, and game progression;

• Documentation Expertise: Proven ability to create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) and clearly describe algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas;

• Feature Ownership: Strong passion for designing, developing, and taking full ownership of key game features;

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams;

• Passion for Slots: Deep enthusiasm for slots games and a solid understanding of player psychology;

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages (basic or higher) is a plus;

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
