Technical Director

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): UFL
• Genres: Sports, Simulation
• Platforms: PC, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Own technical roadmap of the UFL game;

• Collaborate with the other discipline directors to provide a clear vision of the game;

• Provide technical solutions to support the game features;

• Give technical advice to help with project planning;

• Work closely with Lead Engineers across the studio to ensure high quality code that meets the requirements of the game;

• Report directly to the CTO.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Expert knowledge of game development; 

• A team-player mindset and strong leadership skills;

• Technical Direction experience for at least one successfully launched AAA gaming title (Technical Director / CTO role);

• Excellent programming skills, but with a director-level perspective;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present your ideas to a large group of discipline experts and other leads on the project;

• Expert knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine 4/5.
