Senior HR / Recruiter (generalist)

A team of 20-50+ employees - under your HR supervision.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Recruitment, HR management, HR projects

Team size and structure?

Lead HR, and 6 HR generalists

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🗝️ Recruitment - focused hiring for specific roles (no "mass hiring").

🗝️ HR activities based on your team’s needs - 20-50+ people (onboarding, 1-on-1 meetings, performance review, etc).

🗝️ HR projects & Cross-team collaboration: legal, accounting, relocation manager, event manager, office manager, and relevant company contractors.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experienced specialists who take ownership of their work.
Strong communication skills (with candidates, management, and partners).
Ability to maintain the company’s "tone of voice" and reputation.

🔍 Experience:
HR management in IT
Recruitment in IT
Familiarity with Cyprus labor legislation and relocation processes
Middle or Senior level is discussible. We can adapt the role to your strengths
*Gamedev experience would be a plus, but not a must

🌍 Languages: Russian (Native/Fluent), English (B2+).
