Operations Manager (World of Warships, PC)

Wargaming is looking for an Operations Manager to work on World of Warships Platforms Team in our brand-new Belgrade office.

World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends are the best naval games around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring that our game is operated smoothly and efficiently.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Game publishing operations on Steam, EGS, MS Store, etc.

• Manage the creation of content throughout multiple communication channels

• Work with the art team to provide creative input and guidelines for visual assets

• Take part in brainstorming and creative workshops

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that our product operations are optimized for performance

• Manage the tasks backlog

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
