We are looking for a Head of Marketing who thrives on challenges and is eager to take ownership of strategy, processes, and team development from the ground up.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop the brand name, visual identity, and logo;
Create and launch the corporate website;
Design and execute SEO, SMM, and PR strategies;
Manage news updates and external communications;
Organize the company’s participation in industry events (booth design, promotional materials preparation).
Team Building:
Build a high-performing marketing team from scratch;
Establish workflows and set clear KPIs for the team.
Strategic Management:
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for market entry;
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns;
Assess the performance of the team and external partners.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or head-level marketing role;
Deep understanding of the iGaming industry;
Proven experience in B2B marketing;
Track record of successfully launching brands, including developing and implementing marketing strategies;
Hands-on experience with SEO, SMM, PR, and digital advertising;
Familiarity with organizing booths and promotional efforts at trade shows;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage teams effectively;
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
