As an independent unit within Gameforge, our studio team focuses on developing an outstanding play-to-earn game. 

You are part of designing the new game from scratch!

Together with another Senior Game Designer, you play a key role in developing the overall design of the game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• You model the game's economy with multiple currencies (tokenomics), sinks and different game modes

• You create crypto-related experiences while considering gameplay fun and play-to-earn philosophies with view to long-term retention

• You balance units, game modes (PvP and PvE) and skills while always having the NFT population in view

• You design the UI and haptic UX to ensure the highest level of usability on mobile devices

• You work closely together with other studio team members to find the best mechanics to reach the set goals

• You continuously create detailed documentation in Confluence, in perfect segmentation to fill the backlog for the developers' short sprint cycles

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• You have 5 years experience in systems design, economy modeling and balancing

• You have strong knowledge of macro-, microeconomics, pricing theory and statistics, especially in play-to-earn gaming

• You have knowledge in crypto gaming and/or NFTs

• You have understanding of VBA and SQL

• You are a documentation enthusiast and enjoy describing your work in writing

• You are good at receiving constructive feedback and feel comfortable giving it too

• You look at the bigger picture, questioning existing methods and analysing potential risks
