What are you working on?

• Platforms: iOS, Android, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Planning, assigning, and reviewing tasks for the analytics team focused on monetization and LiveOps;

• Providing analytical support for new events, from documentation to post-implementation analysis;

• Collaborating with the product team to plan, assess the potential of, and analyze A/B tests, and making improvement suggestions based on the analysis;

• Analyzing and enhancing the player segmentation system by identifying homogeneous groups based on payment behavior, lifetime value, and in-game activity;

• Working with the product team to develop, analyze, and improve offer systems and monetization mechanics to increase player LTV;

• Identifying growth opportunities in monetization and LiveOps;

• Requesting new dashboards and improving existing ones in collaboration with the BI team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience leading a product analytics team (at least 2 years);

• Product-oriented thinking, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and a strong desire to identify the root cause of problems;

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;

• Technical competence in big data technologies, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis;

• Advanced SQL skills;

• Experience in data analysis using Python is a plus;

• Understanding of the gaming industry, mobile game markets, and competitor products is a plus;

• Knowledge of game design fundamentals, game mechanics, and personal gaming experience is a plus;

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
